The V and V M23C6 are two crucial microstructural attributes affecting the mechanical properties of RAFM
MX
steels and need to be appropriately controlled. In this section, different ML regression algorithms were
applied to construct Model-III and Model-IV for predicting V and V M23C6 , respectively. The compositions
