No Pringle’s manoeuvre utilised [Figure 5C].
The two 12mm ports are utilised as the surgeon’s main working ports in the right anterior axillary line and
the midline. The port sites vary slightly based on an individual patient’s profile. Pringle’s manoeuvre was
used at the surgeon’s discretion [Figure 5D].
Laparoscopic left lateral sectionectomy
The supraumbilical optical trocar can be shifted further away from the umbilicus based on the patient’s
xiphoid-umbilical distance. The 5 mm epigastric port is variable [Figure 6A].
