               5. CONCLUSIONS
               This paper has designed    ∞ output feedback decentralized load frequency controllers for multi-area power
               systems under the shared but band-limited network. TOD and RR protocols have been used to improve com-
               municationefficiency. Since transmissionpriority hasbeen well designed under schedulingprotocols, a higher
               control performance has been obtained. Then, decentralized output feedback controllers with the prescribed
