               Conclusion
               Systolic longitudinal function is impaired early in ATTRv amyloidosis with cardiomyopathy, and this
               alteration is related to abnormalities of LV morphology and function. Impairment of systolic function in
               mediobasal LV segments shows a great prognostic role in predicting cardiovascular mortality over follow-
               up. Further studies in a larger sample of patients with amyloid deposition are needed to confirm our results.
