               beneficial in many cases. Advent of percutaneous valves is changing the paradigm of re-interventions in
               repaired TOF patients. A multimodality approach where diagnostic tools are utilized based on the age of the
               patients, clinical scenario, and institutional practices/expertise forms the cornerstone of ongoing care and
               surveillance for repaired TOF patients.
