Patterns of occult neck node metastases and diagnostic value of MRI and PET/CT in patients with
recurrent LSCC undergoing STL
For re-staging purposes, 35 (85.4%) patients underwent MRI, 35 (85.4%) underwent PET/CT, and 29
(70.7 %) underwent both imaging modalities. The concordance between these two modalities with respect
to rcN-staging was moderate (Cohen’s kappa = 0.47).
