               skilled interventional cardiologist. Once completed, RESHAPE-HF-2 (NCT02444338) should better define
               the role of transcatheter edge-to-edge repair of secondary MR. Finally, we eagerly await longer term studies
               that assess repair durability, compare different clip designs, and refine optimal medical management of
               patients before and after percutaneous repairs.
