in thigh lift is crucial in reducing the morbidity. Serial liposuctions before paniculectomy are prerequisite,
in order to reduce the excessive fatty tissue remaining around the thigh. We find the use of a concomitant
liposuction with the thigh lift to be of special importance. The liposuction provides a clear dissection plane,
sparing the superficial veins and especially the lymph collectors lying above the deep fascia while reducing

the residual fatty tissue and reducing complications .
