In conclusion, this is the first report of lymphatic flow reconstruction using free SCIP vascularized
lymphatic and vascularized lymph node flap with efferent lymphatic to lymphatic anastomosis. This method
has the potential to become one option for improving extremity lymphedema treatment. Further studies are
needed to establish the optimal clinical application and effectiveness of this method.
