vary, which is mainly attributed to the complex physiology of congenital central lymphatic anomalies with
multiple sites of leakage and impaired peristalsis. Given the burden and the high morbidity of central
lymphatic lesions, microsurgical reconstruction offers a chance of cure with a relatively low perioperative
risk for patients.
