                                                   Prof. Ehab Y. Hanna is an internationally recognized head and
                                                   neck surgeon with expertise in the management of skull base
                                                   tumors and head and neck cancers, and a global leader in the
                                                   development of minimally invasive and robotic approaches to
                                                   skull base surgery.

           Prof. Hanna completed his surgical internship at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA, residency
           training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH, USA, and
           advanced fellowship training in skull base surgery and head and neck surgical oncology at the University of
           Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA, USA. In 2004, he joined The University of Texas MD Anderson
           Cancer Center to lead and expand its Skull Base Tumor Program.

           He is currently Professor and Vice Chair in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at MD Anderson,
           with a joint appointment in the Department of Neurosurgery. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of
           Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, USA. In addition
           to his academic appointments, he is Medical Director of the Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Center and
           Director of the Skull Base Tumor Program at MD Anderson.


           An active academic and professional leader, Prof. Hanna has served as President of the North American
           Skull Base Society and President of the American Head and Neck Society. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of
           Head & Neck, the official journal of the International Federation of Head and Neck Societies.

           Prof. Hanna is deeply engaged in clinical and translational research, with a primary focus on skull base
           tumors. He has authored over 350 publications, including peer-reviewed manuscripts, invited articles,
           book chapters, and editorials, and has co-edited several authoritative textbooks, including Comprehensive
           Management of Skull Base Tumors. He has been consistently recognized as one of America’s Best and Top
           Doctors for more than 15 years.
