Dr. Samuel Poore is a UW Health plastic and reconstructive
surgeon. He is also an associate professor in the Department
of Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine
and Public Health. He performs a range of plastic and
reconstructive procedures, including microsurgery, hand
surgery, limb salvage, and post-weight loss body contouring.
Dr. Poore specializes in breast reconstruction following
complete or partial mastectomy (breast removal) for breast
cancer. He also treats patients who choose breast removal and
reconstruction due to high-risk family or genetic histories.
