               In the short-term and long-term, a robust and sustainable solution is the creation of an inclusive culture that
               supports the elimination of healthcare disparities and discrimination among different racial, ethnic and

               social groups . The net result would be the replacement of patient isolation in underserved communities
               with access to quality healthcare, including access to promising clinical trials to treat cancer.
