                                             Prof. Yu Xue received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Computer Science
                                             and Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing,
                                             Jiangsu, China, in 2013. He is a Professor at the School of Software, Nanjing
                                             University of Information Science and Technology, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China.
                            Yu Xue           He was a Visiting Scholar at the School of Engineering and Computer Science,
                                             Victoria University of Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand, from August 2016
                      School of Computer     to August 2017. He was a Research Scholar in the Department of Computer
                    and Software, Nanjing    Science and Engineering, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, USA,
                  University of Information  from October 2017 to November 2018. His research interests  include deep
                    Science & Technology,    learning, evolutionary computation, machine learning, and computer vision.

                                             Dr. Ferrante Neri obtained his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical
                                             Engineering at the Technical University of Bari, Italy, in 2002 and 2007,
                                             respectively. Additionally, at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, he received
                                             his Ph.D.  degree  in Computational  Sciences from  the  Faculty of  Information
                                             Technology in 2007, followed by the DSc degree in Computational Intelligence in
                                             2010. Presently, he is an Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Science at
                                             the University of Nottingham and a member of the Computational Optimisation
                    Ferrante Neri            and Learning Research Group. He is also a scholar in Optimisation and
                                             Computational Modelling and the author of Linear Algebra for Computational
                      School of Computer     Sciences and Engineering. His research interests primarily revolve around
                       Science, University   metaheuristic optimisation in the continuous domain, fitness landscape analysis,
                          of Nottingham,     and computational modelling.
