The second was related to Claude Laurenco, a senior chemist learning how to teach others to use complex
software. Having never previously shown his Resyn Assistant tool, which he had developed over the years,
outside his laboratory, he had to learn how to communicate its functionalities to other participants and
disseminate its operation and value at a distance.
