	<p>Correction to <italic>Metab Target Organ Damage.</italic> <uri xlink:href="https://www.oaepublish.com/articles/mtod.2025.179">2025;5:59.</uri></p>
      <p>In the original publication<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">1</xref>]</sup>, the magnification indicated for the representative microscopic image in <xref ref-type="fig" rid="fig7">Figure 7C</xref> was incorrect. To ensure consistency with the original experimental records, the authors have replaced the published image with another representative field from the same experiment and the same sample, and corrected the magnification label accordingly.</p>
      <p>On page 13, <xref ref-type="fig" rid="fig7">Figure 7C</xref> should be replaced.</p>
